How much protein is in one scoop?
Each 33 g scoop has 27 g of protein. That is about 82% protein by weight.
A 400 g tub holds 12 scoops.
What is the difference between whey isolate and whey concentrate?
Both are made from milk. Whey isolate goes through extra filtering. This takes out more of the lactose (milk sugar) and fat, so more of each scoop is protein.
Whey concentrate is usually 70 to 80% protein by weight. This powder is about 82% protein by weight, including its flavouring and other ingredients.
When should I have it?
Have it after training. On rest days, you can have it with breakfast.

How does it taste and mix?
It has a chocolate flavour. Mix it with water for a lighter shake, or with milk for a thicker one. Milk also adds a little more protein.
Shake it well in a closed bottle until it is smooth.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on every order from this page. Orders confirmed before 2 pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days in Delhi NCR (National Capital Region), 2 to 4 in metro cities, and 3 to 7 in the rest of India. Remote and hill areas can take 5 to 10 working days.
Can I return it?
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full.
You can return sealed, unopened tubs within 7 days of delivery. Opened tubs cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
