Shipping policy
This policy covers orders placed on this page. Delivery is free on every order.
Dispatch
Orders confirmed before 2 pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.
We send you the tracking details when your parcel is handed to the courier.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and local restrictions can add time. We will tell you if we know your parcel is delayed.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every order placed on this page. Nothing is added after you pay.
Payment
Orders on this page are prepaid through Razorpay. You can pay by UPI (Unified Payments Interface), debit or credit card, net banking or wallet. Cash on delivery is not available.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India to any PIN (Postal Index Number) code our courier partners serve. We do not ship outside India.
If our courier cannot deliver to your PIN code, we will tell you and refund you in full.
If nobody is home
Couriers try to deliver up to three times. After the third failed attempt, the parcel comes back to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
Redelivery of a returned parcel costs ₹59, our standard delivery rate.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order until it is packed. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number.
Once your order is packed, it can no longer be cancelled. It then becomes a return, and our refund and cancellation policy applies.
If you cancel before dispatch, we refund the full amount. There is no cancellation fee.
We may cancel an order ourselves if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
