Privacy policy
Danann Remedies Private Limited ("we") runs this site. This policy explains what personal data we collect here, why we collect it and what you can ask of us. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you order
Your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address, what you bought and what you paid.
When you sign up for emails
Your email address, your first name if you give it, and when and how you agreed to receive emails.
When you use the site
Our hosting provider records technical data, such as your IP (Internet Protocol) address, browser type and the pages you ask for, to keep the site running. We also use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions. For that, we keep only a scrambled (hashed) version, for up to 24 hours.
What we never see
Your full card number, UPI (Unified Payments Interface) PIN or net banking password. Razorpay handles payments, and those details never reach our servers.

Marketing emails
We send marketing emails only if you tick the box on our sign-up form and then confirm by email. We record when you agreed and which wording you agreed to.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop order emails, such as your order confirmation.
Who else sees your data
We share only what each one needs:
- Razorpay, to take payment and process refunds
- Our courier partners, who print your name, address and phone number on the shipping label
- Brevo, to send your order emails and any marketing emails you agreed to
- OpenAI, only if you accept all cookies: OpenAI receives the details of your order and scrambled (hashed) versions of your email address, phone number and name, so we can see which ChatGPT ads lead to orders
- Vercel, which hosts this site, and Upstash, which stores short-lived technical records
- Government authorities, where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: 8 years, as GST law requires
- Support conversations: 3 years
- Marketing consent records: for as long as your consent stands, plus 3 years, so we can show what you agreed to
- Records used to limit repeated form submissions: up to 24 hours
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, and erase what we no longer need to keep. You can also name someone to use these rights for you, and withdraw your consent at any time.
Email the Grievance Officer below. We will reply within 30 days.
We cannot erase an invoice that the law says we must keep. Asking us to erase your details while an order is on its way will delay that order.
Cookies
Essential cookies make the site and payments work, so they do not need your consent. OpenAI measurement cookies are optional. We set them only if you choose Accept all cookies.

If you arrive from a ChatGPT ad, the link includes an ad reference. We keep it in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. It is sent to OpenAI only if you accept all cookies.
You can change your choice at any time.
Children
This site is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child's data has reached us, tell the Grievance Officer and we will erase it.
How we protect your data
Traffic to and from this site is encrypted. Payment details stay with Razorpay. Only staff who need order data can see it.
No system is perfect. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the law requires.

We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top. If we change how we use your data in an important way, we will tell you directly.
