Who can order
You must be 18 or older and buying for personal use.
We may decline or cancel orders that look like resale or fraud.
About the product
Danann Protein Isolate is a food product. It is not a medicine and is not for medicinal use.
Read the label before use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have a medical condition or take prescription medicine, ask a doctor before use.
We publish product descriptions and ingredient amounts in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Nothing on this site is a promise of any particular result.
Prices and tax
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). The price you see is the price you pay. Tax is not added at checkout. We provide a tax invoice with your order.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is shown in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment
Orders on this page are prepaid through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available. Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank passwords go to Razorpay, not to us.
An order is confirmed only when Razorpay's signed payment confirmation reaches us. An order that has not been confirmed is never dispatched.
When a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order. Until then, we may decline the order for the reasons in our shipping policy and refund you in full.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Reviews
If you send us a review, you keep ownership of it. You allow us to show it on this site with your first name and city.
We remove reviews that are abusive, false or promotional, or that make claims about health. We will not remove a review just because it is unfavourable.
Our content
The text, photos, formulations, branding and design of this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy or reuse them for business purposes without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Apart from that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include courier disruption, natural events, strikes and government restrictions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction.
Grievance Officer
Name: Shivika. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
